Lots of parking available which meant less stress for my sister and I to find a spot after driving around the Kyushu region. Staff were extremely helpful and kind despite limited English. The room is a little older in style but was still a very comfortable stay. Front desk staff allowed us to store our luggage at the front desk prior to checking in, which was very convenient for us. Rooms and the area were clean, comfortable and quiet. Room cleaning services were excellent. Learnt that there was also a bus stop conveniently location just opposite the hotel!

1.Staff We had a small problem at check-in, even though it was our fault, but the quick response of the staff made our stay really pleasant. 2. Comfortable bed We stayed in many hotels in Japan for a month, but this hotel's bed and pillows were the most comfortable and we slept the best. Surprisingly, the hotel fees were the cheapest compare to other hotels.

Located in a very nice quiet hood. Restaurants, conbini, car rental can be found nearby. Walking distance to tram station, plus if you travel from Sakuramachi, the bus stops just in front of the hotel. Clean comfortable room and neat service.

Staff is very helpful. The car park is very convenient. Bed and pillow very comfortable.
